2. DROP & PRODUCT POLICY

GATTS operates on limited releases.

Inventory is limited and may not restock.
Items in cart are not reserved until checkout is completed.
Orders cannot be modified once placed.
Prices are final at time of purchase.

We reserve the right to discontinue products at any time.

3. PRICING & PAYMENT

All prices are listed in USD.

We reserve the right to:

Adjust pricing without notice
Correct pricing errors
Cancel orders due to inaccuracies or suspected fraud

Orders are confirmed only after successful payment processing.

4. FRAUD & ORDER REVIEW

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order suspected of:

Fraudulent activity
Chargeback abuse
Unauthorized transactions

Fraudulent chargebacks will be disputed with documented evidence.

Accounts associated with abuse may be permanently restricted.

5. SHIPPING

Processing times are provided at checkout.

Once shipped:

We are not responsible for carrier delays.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed delivered.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

Incorrect address submissions may result in loss of order without refund.

6. RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Due to the limited nature of our releases:

All sales are final.

We do not offer refunds for:

Sizing issues
Change of mind
Shipping delays caused by carriers

Defective items must be reported within 7 days of delivery with supporting evidence. Approved claims may qualify for replacement or store credit at our discretion.

Items must be unworn and unwashed to be eligible.
